Offers and no obligation

- Any offer becomes binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement — and our agreements include a three-business-day period after signing during which you may cancel at no cost.
- In some transactions we may assign our purchase contract to a partner buyer; your agreed price and closing date don't change.
Communications consent
When you submit your phone number, you consent to receive calls and texts from us — including via automated systems and AI-generated or prerecorded voice — as described at the point of submission and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any sale; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
