Before you say yes

Ask us for proof of funds. Please.

You're about to hand your house to a stranger for a number on a screen. You should be able to verify who we are before you sign anything — and you should ask the same of any cash buyer, not just us.

Yes — ask us for proof of funds

We'll provide a proof-of-funds letter or bank verification alongside any written offer, at no charge and with no runaround. It's a reasonable thing to ask any cash buyer, and it's a fast way to weed out the ones who can't actually close — some "buyers" in this industry are really just middlemen shopping your address around after they've already made you an offer they can't fund. Ask first. A legitimate buyer will already expect the question.

Five ways to verify any cash buyer — including us

About being newer to this market: we won't pretend otherwise, and we'd rather you know it than find out later. That's exactly why we lean this hard on things you can check yourself — the entity registration, the title company, the written cancellation window — instead of asking you to just trust a name you've heard before.

Who holds your money

We don't. Every EM Quick Close purchase closes through a licensed Florida title company, which holds the funds in escrow and disburses them at closing under Florida's title-insurance and escrow rules — the same process used in any real estate closing, financed or cash. That's not a courtesy we're offering; it's how legitimate closings work, and any buyer who wants to skip it is the one to walk away from.

Verified. Now let's talk numbers.
